Andrew is a freelance designer, artist and writer from the Internet. He will shortly be living in Lausanne, Switzerland, pursuing a PhD in the Architecture department of EPFL while working on an interdisciplinary art and technology program based at Manufacture Haute École de Théâtre de Suisse Romande (HETSR).
Andrew is originally from Boston MA, where he currently works as Design Researcher for IBM Reasearch Collaborative User Experience Group / Center for Social Software, an instructor and artist. He holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Masters of Science from the MIT Media Lab. Andrew is also a trustee of the Boston Awesome Foundation.
Andrew's works have been seen at venues around the US and Canada, including the 2005 Bumbershoot Music Festival, Siggraph, Boston Cyberarts, and the 7th Manifestation Internationale Vidéo et Art Électronique.
